Don't know what the 840 is referencing but if it is $8.40 dividend when Nanjing Ange or Guangzhou Pharma make their $30 TO bid, I might consider such a TO offer near Fair Value. Might.

Xuwai blogs suggest holders might not sell out at $30, perhaps they have been reading HC if HC gets thru in the land of Xi.
