I can't see any other reason but a takeover that would make Peter Smaller(Southern Steel) buy in . Smaller(Balron nominees) has 16.09%,Investors mutual has 10.6% and since they started buying the share price has been more buoyant.
not sure about report but the last wasn't great . I am continuing to hold for the time being but if the share price rises a little more I may sell half my small holding
