There were suggestions that LWP director David Henson was involved in a scam at a previous company, Choren, with allegations data was fudged in order to claim R&D rebates. With this news from the ATO, it sure looks like they tried to pull the same stunt here but it backfired.
Very hard to defend the 2015 claim now with no pilot plant, no product and no customers.
