I suspect Lisa, JS and a T10 shareholder knew the evil plan about to be unleashed upon shareholders and got out on principle (JS and Lisa) or opportunistically (the T10 shareholding), leaving all of us holding a very emaciated baby. I wonder if the BOD had their time over again, if they would have gone down the same murky path?
