This near enough guarantees at least tranche 3 of the CN's will be drawn,along with the 2nd tranche of options. A successful auction will see MUSOA stay itm,as well as the CN options.Once the graphite JORC is announced,the performance rights will vest as well. Dilution to 900M shares is a near certainty,imo.
On that basis,some will want the clarity that the auction brings to better decide how to value it.

I don’t think it is at all certain that the 3rd tranche will be drawn on. The dilution will be the minimum that CJ can get away with considering he is going to be personally diluted along with us. This is certainly a very good question to raise at the EGM.
