SMN's shares are in pre-open
Structural Monitoring Systems PLC (ASX:SMN) is preparing to reveal details of an agreement with a pre-eminent leader in the global aerospace industry.
The ASX has granted the company a trading halt to prepare, with its shares placed in pre-open.
SMN is a developer of the fully patented CVMTM technology used to detect and monitor fatigue in composites and metals.
In June SMN outlined a partnership with Octus Aerospace Solutions Ltd, which is a team of high profile individuals based in the Middle East.
The partnership is to assist and fast-track supply and/or licensing agreements with some of the world’s largest, and most important, airlines.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Thursday 17th August 2017, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
