approve an issue of 2,500,000 options to each of your Directors on the following key terms:

Exercise price: $0.45
Expiry Date: 2 years from the date of grant.
Vesting conditions: Options will be exercisable at any time after the occurrence of any of the following:

•   the Company has demonstrated a mineral resource (inferred or greater) of at least 70Mt within the Goulamina Project;

That sounds more than fair and well deserved to me for all their hard work!
