Anyone want to share there guesses on the deal? my own is 10 - 15m to a strategic investor with off take in place, possible wording on stage 3 future investment but I don't think they will be giving any funding for that at this stage of the game. AGY will have to prove up the resource and process first imo which is fine by me - keep dilution ALARP
