My other concern its only tiny thoe, maybee not much in it but if our new funding partner is BYD and there is dilution how much will they own of AGY?? Doesnt the australian subsidiary all ready own 15% of the company?? that would give them increadable voting power and a board position if they so choose. Just a thought
