I agree wholeheartedly with your sentiments he is also an outed charlatan in my opinion as clearly demonstrated recently on the GOLD thread.
I had a conversation with Jeff earlier this week and he confirmed the drilling crew are to be on site on 21/08/17 to commence the RC holes they hope to achieve around one 50M hole per day. Of course later the diamond drilling to a similar depth will take longer to complete once the environmental permit is in place.
I guess in third world countries such as New Zealand and Brazil government agencies move a little slower than most!
