I'm sorry I don't read it that way at all.
Why would they not concentrate on the immediate icewine1 and prove that well up rather than put money elsewhere.
I read it as well if icewine1 fails then we have a plan B in place. Heavens knows proving up icewine1 will cost a small fortune.
