There is a lag on sales income, because the likes of Best Buy and Amazon purchase on 45, 60 or 90 day payment terms. So, the big lift in sales from late June may not be received in the bank until September. A second production line at Flex costs money to build and commission, so that and the additional salaries for new staff employed to cope with production and sales growth had to be funded by a CR.
