Speculate that MtK is getting greedier. They'd like to sell on the market instead of selling at 11.5c. Noticed that they had only 400m this morning while were issued 504m the day before. Guess that they already dumped 104m. Today's trading indicating that 14.25c is the floor now. There are a couple 2m parcels in the 14.5c que. Now, we have hundreds or thousands buyers but only one seller.
$25m = 333m share. They need only to $75m to feel free about the 19.99% rule, probably before the next QR. MtK is not in hurry right now.
