I doubt that Tesla would care about GXY - GXY do not produce Lithium Carbonate or Hydroxide for making batteries - their ore needs to go to a plant for processing to produce these.
ORE I'm not sure about - given the Toyota tie-up, I'd expect it is more likely that ORE production would go to Japanese customers rather than Tesla. Then again, Tesla works with Panasonic on batter production.
Either way, I doubt ORE will have any problem selling everything it can make, and they may not want to get into long term fixed price contracts if they think demand will exceed supply in the short to medium term future.
