Its called gouging. They pay themselves huge wages which in turn allows the individuals to buy more shares in the company at low prices which usually occurs with no information being released to the market. Our CEO has been doing it extremely successfully over the last decade and that is why is owns significant percentages of the companies that he appoints himself director of.
