And not for nothing, but $17.5million changing hands today on a $200 million company, holy crap. Talk about a shake-up. I can imagine any number of reasons for a buyer to get in, but I'm struggling to understand where the 64 million sellers came from. I don't know much about the 'Regal' thing, but maybe that's it.
In any event, to me, that sort of turnover in this sort of company basically just raises the average buy-in price of long term investors. It's another big flushout of profit from the register, and that gives us a real good base to bounce off.
