When I was growing up watching action genre shows and movies the good guys were very visible and the villains concealed their presence by wearing black and their identity by wearing masks.
Criminals prosper through an inability to identify them.

I think Brandis's crying in parliament about the insult to muslims will backfire on him and his backslappers.
Very few muslims in Australia wear a Burka.
In fact many muslim women in Australia don't wear any head wear at all.
So it was Mr Brandis that connected all muslims with the burka not Pauline Hanson.
