The lack of build up in large speculator COT data and beneign interest in GDX at previous US$1,300 peaks paints an entirely different picture to your range bound expectations (US$1,200-1,300) for the gold price going forward.
La Fleur, this approach on US$1,300 is nothing like the past two and I suggest that after a bit of volatility and sideways movement, gold will bust through resistance and GDX will rocket.
