Not a hater at all. Just an observor of a business that senior management have failed to run successfully. For the most part they have ended up where they should have. Out the door. If I was a shareholder of this business previously I would have been appalled by what was going on unreported. It is plain to see the impact it has had on profitability of the medical centre business.
As I have said before, doesn't matter now. New people to pick Humpty up and put him back together.
Engage the staff, present a desirable product or service to your customers and all will be good.
I would imagine it would still be very challenging times attempting to get all the new staff into a positive culture as they try to settle in and get on with it. Lots of new personalities to shape.
Anyway time will tell. Would you invest your hard earned here now? I wouldn't until I saw confirmation of a turnaround.
The report was a bit light on what to expect next year and I suppose it is difficult until you get direction from the new boss who isn't there yet.
