There is a big difference between value buying and throwing money at a stock that's on a slow and steady decline.
Buying VRC once it's clearly reversed the trend would be bold but possibly very profitable. However buying in a downtrend is just silly. Ask anyone that's bought volt in the last year I garauntee you they wish they were better educated as they could've bought 4x the shares today they bought 10 months ago. For the same cost.
