The questions sent to GS raised these questions directly and it would be best in my view if the questions were expanded on ahead of the AGM by those of us attending. Notice can be given to the Board that the questions will be tabled if that's what those attending would like to do.

Here they are for reference. Item 2 asks what feedback has been received from prospective US investors. It's inline with nurserys comments re his feedback from OZ institutions re corporate structure.

In 2007, Richard Beresford was announced as a new Director. In that announcement he was touted as having "highly relevant experience" and that that would be a "huge benefit to the Company". Since that time, EDE's industry focus has changed.

What is the EDE boards current view on expanding the board to include Directors with highly relevant experience?

The complicated structure of the ownership relationship between TAS, Noble and EDE, why is it so? Is it possible that this company ownership structure is an inhibitor for investment by some funds and investors and by having this in place has a negative effect on the SP.
