I have tried the full cream, skim milk and Jersey version and Chris does a damn good job of producing a top notch drinkable milk with lots of goodness in it. From a shareholder perspective there is perhaps too much goodness as that is opportunity lost but the plant at Camperdown doesn't have the capacity or the sophistication to fractionate the raw milk and then reconstitute drinking milk for the same price and allow derivatives to be sold on top of that. Not the fault of anyone really, it is just what it is for the moment.

Unlikely to be any taste difference for the "free range" product. Marketing at its worst.
