The US solution hasnt worked ...they are in a big hole now cause of property, our property is more overvalued than theirs compared to wages
The government has made a monumental stuff up on property which can only end in tears
I do like the NZ rba's thinking though...was only 3 years ago our rba was saying the same thing re housing affordability but for some reason never said anything after that
