For lawmakers not to check their own eligibility for election, when this is written in the highest law of the land, the Australian Constitution, without it there is no Australia, but just separate states and territories, or countries.
Now for Xenophon to say it is unimportant and a farce, just goes to show their lack of respect for the supreme law of the land.
Funny how none of them label the Voluntary Administration of Arrium, a proud 100 year old Australian company as a farce.
They told us, that is just the law. The Corporations Act. And many of them are not even 100% Australian. 7 so far but maybe more to come, including maybe even Mr Shorten.
They told us to cop the Insolvency law.
See if their mental constitution is tough enough to cop the Australian Constitution.
Lawmakers alright, they make them, we cop them. They don't want to cop them, because when the law disagree with them, the law is farcical.
Note CBA is now being investigated for turning a blind eye to money laundering. They were one of the banks that pushed ARI into VA. let's hope they get what they really deserved, a fine of $1 trillion dollars, and get into VA.
Let's clean up this stinky system once and for all.
Cheer up people.
Let's enjoy this very expensive show for ARI holders.
