Rav the best system would be to restrict the vote to those that have earned the right.

Voting should be restricted to those born in Australia on the following basis.

1. Adults who work & pay taxes get 1 vote.
2. Those with family members in the armed services get 2 votes.
2. Those who served in the armed services get 5 votes.
3. Those in the armed services who undertook combat get 10 votes

No votes for foreigners or welfare bludgers.

If you eliminate foreigners & welfare bludgers a whole better class of politician will win.

If you let foreigners & welfare bludgers vote then you'll get the sort of dysfunctional, treasonous, parasites we get now.
