Believe it or not, it is not about the money...it is about the passion.

I love the markets...and the "excercise" it give our brains every day.

I am not interested in world domination, or being better than the next guy...just in the domination of my own shortcomings and being better than I was last week...as such, no amount of success...or failure...on the markets will change my interests.

I am already doing what I want...so give me $5mil or $500mil from the markets every year and I will still be me...still posting here...doing what I enjoy.

I have had offers to trade with other people's money...but I am simply not interested in doing it for reward, neither am I a charity case however...lol.

I will however trade for others for a worthy cause...or indeed, my lady and my elderly parents...but that is as far as I am interested in going.

No amount of money would pursuade me here...the stress I suspect would simply not be worth it.

It is bad enough when you make a bad trade with your parents money...as I did with GDN...and they seriously do not care, so imagine losing money for people who do?

Simply not worth the stress...no way!

If I do trade for others however, which I do from time to time, it is always for a good cause that I am prepared to take on the responsibility of their money...and all this entails...something I do not do lightly.

Seriously, it would be easier to donate $20k or so when it comes down to it...but at times, turning their money into such a "donation" results in a better outcome for them...a sort of contributory role with a much better psychological outcome.
