If anyone is moving money to chase some other hot stocks may like to think again.
If stock x has been running up on facts (or fictions or both), whilst Gpp sp has dropped due to lack of timely news, but no lack of pending news, then I'd say gpp is undervalued.
(Ofc x may go up or down, like any other stock.)
It only takes one or two substantial news to turn sentiments and sp around, very quickly, aimo
