T4p I know your are very successful with your strategies but I think everyone has to have Plan B for the hard times in the market. Hope you develop a plan that gives cashflow when trading times are difficult & all is not exposed when a big one hits the market.
Living in Melbourne, I am sure you would enjoy some of your fruits of labour invested in a canal property at Paynesville.

PS Be sure to purchase with a North/east aspect as you don't want that afternoon sun. Great thing about these properties they allow you & your friends a chance to refresh themselves in a low rainfall mirco climate without having to go to QLD. Only so much of this type of property, I can assure you from experience you won't regret it provided you don't mind a 3.5 hour drive & can take at least 3-4 day breaks. Marina at Safety Beach closer but Melbourne climate. Reckon my second career could have been in sales?
