There doesn't seem to be much discussion re the NBN access charge. Currently it sits at around $40 per connection and ALL the Telcos are whinging about it. That means it will probably be reduced. If it's somewhere near $30 then the black hole becomes small and really not a problem. If its even more then there is no issue.
Having said that they still need a plan for some type of growth or market share capture (5g etc). Something, anything at all, just tell us.
