I cannot but agree with you.
Why is it 7% and not 10% or 4%? Or for that matter 20%?
In my view risked valuations are nothing more than mumbo jumbo.
The two holes need to be considered together to have any real meaning.
What is the likelyhood of sufficient reserves being measured to provide a saleable resource?
An economic way to move the product is being developed.
Someone should give the ju-ju man some bones to rattle, his conclusion would be the same.
