They cannot buy Mt Carbine - they do not have the cash and it is extremely complicated and very low grade to mine - very expensive, hence the option price for $15,000 and 500,000 shares. It is only an "option". The current owners are not stupid.

Just be careful and stay well under. I don't mean to be harsh but it is very important for the unwary to recognise she only had $30K odd in the bank not so long ago and failed at every hurdle since listing.

Long term she is a dead duck without massive dilution.

Look at the options expiry price and think.

There are no options ticked here apart from the recent issue at crazy prices as a last gasp. She has $3m - but how long for?
