Friday close spx cash was 1458.95; spx futs close at the futures closing time was 1458 neat. The futs continued dropping another 6 pts after cash closed. Given that they are 'futures' I believe that continued drop after cash close and any variation on that reflects their expectations of spx open tonight. On that basis they are still negative.
