kacy, I really think spx futs usually mean almost nothing except a couple of hours before and after spx cash open and close, unless theres a major event like a bombing or other disaster. They might move a couple of points in response to japan having an exceptional day, and then move a lot in response to ftse, but then turn it all around as the spx cash open gets closer, so lets not waste too much time on it.
