There were 805K shares issued on Friday to the Company’s former advisors through conversion of options paid for services rendered. I doubt that they would have been converted with the intention of holding. A decent proportion of the systematic selling for no obvious reason over the last few days could be attributable to these being cashed out.
(NC would be able to reduce and still claim that he is maintaining his stake in Alexium as a long term holding.)
