t4p has probably bought recently at the new depressed level and is looking for a quick trade at 20 cents. So buy if you want to add to his coffers. After which it will just fall back to around 15 cents in the absence of new developments.

I am holding my smallish parcel in the hope it gets back to 30 cents eventually. Doubt it will get to 40 cents, my entry price.
