Sorry, maybe I was a bit over the top. Anyhow I agree with your hypothesis re 198, even maybe lower 195. But perhaps all of that is behind us now. PLA has survived 3 days of ugliness and still showing a lot of buying interest. The announcement regarding their mining permit must be very close as the application was made nearly 12 months ago. Anyhow I am in big on this one bought more at 205 and 208.
