To be fair to JB, the prospects (and U3O8 price) at the time that he raised funds to develop LH and Kayelekera were completely different. PDN has been caught by several factors: the Fukushima disaster and anti-nuclear reaction in Japan and Germany; the big drop in LNG/CNG prices that make gas fired power plants more competitive; plus the very long lead time to put a reactor into operation with consequential delay in fuel demand.
