The CDC produced butter is standard australian salted and unsalted and whether there is an addressable market for sour or cultured butter is probably a question you could put to the current CEO. My understanding is cultured butter moves further into the organic style of butter and that may well be something CDC produces, or could produce, on behalf of ODFC (Organic Dairy Farmer Co-operative) if appropriate.

I don't know where the Australian food standards sit with this type of butter as there is this thin line about the consumption of raw milk and it could relate to raw milk processed dairy products as well.
