Looks like EZL has just about completely run out of sellers.
Last trade 63 cents, highest bidder 63 cents, lowest seller $1.10.
I think if it is possible to get some shares in the 60 cent range it would be a sound investment.
Not only do they pay a ff divi of around 8 %, they are on a very low PE, almost all the sahres are held by the company directors, and these directors are stockbrokers.
EZL is a stockbroker, not hard to guess how stockbrokers will fare over the next few years as money comes out of property, a flood of new floats start coming on the market etc etc etc
