    There are no revenues recorded for the Darwin plant as it is owned in a 50:50 joint venture with BEI.

    As a result NFL equity account their interest in it. What this means is the cashflow from the Darwin plant is not considered as part of NFL's cashflow. NFL only account for their share of the profits from the Darwin plant and list it as an asset under "investments" in their balance sheet.
