Remember the kid who used run around with a cape on his back, talking out loud to himself.
Every town or school has one.
They are pretty harmless, so you let them play in your game now and then because you fell sorry for him.
His mother had a difficult birth and the doctors thought he was lucky to survive.
Thankfully with our welfare system, he should be OK.
