    Well there is such a body, it is called the ASX and you discretionary powers to buy or not buy into certain shares/management teams.

    One of the guys here on one of the other forums keeps a list of "lifestyle" directors and those that failed to meet promises without reasonable explanation and just does not go near any companies those guys are on the board of.

    I tried to get a copy of his list but he said he feared litigation, so you just have to start building your own...
