my understanding of asx takeovers 3% creep provisions is that a significant shareholder with > 19.9% can accumulate a further 3% every 6 month period without the requirement to make a formal takeover.
i have a vague recollection (maybe late last year) that Tembo indeed took out 3% on market under these provisions.
market depth games are interesting but i don't lose sleep over them!
