The biggest hole in this report is the 20% churn rate in the US. Cost of keeping/attracting customers by increased discounting/marketing spend will continue. The haemorrhaging of cash in the US continues ..unabated. I'll get some more when it goes to its usual pattern of falling to the 40's.
