Your post highlights the major problem for FAR - $70 POO. The price outlook for oil remains bleak. Current price is approx. $50.
We need a sustained increase in oil price of 40% to meet the $70 FAR target. I work in the sector and there is no confidence of a marked increase in oil price (investing and working in the sector is not necessarily a very good move, but thankful to still have a job).
Pretty sad state of play at the moment. Not surprised by the lack of support in the SP - about as popular as a fart in a lift.
Have to hand it to the posters who have consistently been bearish on FAR - they seem to be nailing it at the moment.
Looking forward to better news on the oil price.
