I can't rule out XJO 6280ish as a rally point but suspect it would take some time, even as late as 25th Sep.
Even new highs are possible, within the scope of a August +/- 1 month top.
The bulls will not give up easily, and when they do is probably a buy.
Bullish mind sets are more obstinate than bear mindsets.
When the "fundamentals" start to worry them, then we should get a buy signal.
