I sure don't get this forum sometimes.
I don't understand why all the rampers are being negative about the latest news from Cairn.

Once a field gets to this size, its not about the number of barrels, it's about the size of the increase....about 20% as it turns out. Big fields get bigger ??

We need to compare CNE latest figures with CNE earlier figures. We will then compare FAR latest figures with FAR earlier figures, but that won't happen until RISC have audited those figures.

Some are sooking because FAR haven't responded to CNE release ???? WTF??
What are we wanting FAR to say FFS!!?
CNE numbers have always been lower than FAR's , why this time does it all of a sudden matter? Did we forget the lower costs forecast?

If FAR reports a similar increase, their 2C would be about 770 mmbls. That would do me....but it's not about the number of barrels.
What is undeniable by anyone is that this field is big and it's going to production, with or without FAR or WPL or CNE for that matter.

Your choice is to decide if the value of FAR is going to increase from here, by how much and over what timeframe you think that might be. Your money, your call.
