My belief bga will bid for mgc is based on they will get accc approval, farmers respect them and as a large holder of Bega I listened in on there full year conference call yesterday and it was pretty clear they want to buy mgc assets
The billion dollar question and unknown is will they buy mgc out of bankruptcy or through a takeover
All will come down to no more lose of milk and mgc mgnt going hard to cut costs and ensure debt keeps coming down
Farmers you should talk to the chairman about the farmer directors cutting their director fees to be in line with non farmer directors
The directors should be taking no more than $85 k a year .... bloody farmer directors are milking mgc and taking nearly $150k pa...that is absolute bullshit
Hypocrites those farmer directors
