    AEMC review of gas pipeline costs is completely irrelevant to CTP because the NT Govt entered into a contractual agreement with Jemena that allows them to set their own price on use of their pipeline. That got the pipeline underway quickly (which is what the NT Govt of the day wanted for political reasons) but it effectively puts the future revenue of CTP in the hands of Jemena.
