Prior to end Q4 we have the LOMOA expiry, and that's where my focus is at the moment.
I would like to see the vast majority of options converted by the current holders, there is one uber holder who SEEMS to have positioned itself to exercise by disposing of heads and possibly it will add in a small capital top-up at the end. The idea of a large chunk of stock ending up with the underwriters doesn't appeal to me, some have suggested that such stock could be/already is slated for a 'cornerstone investor', others that it could form the basis of the AIM listing, both those ideas are nothing more than wishful thinking, IMO, and the MOST LIKELY outcome, it seems to me, is that the underwriters will simply turn round and start dumping back into the market, thank you very much. For this reason, I am looking for the company to provide all available information to the market, prior to expiry, for the benefit of EXISTING LOMOA holders and for the benefit of the sp as we enter the time frame of reporting the exploration results.
